We design, manufacture, and install photovoltaic power plants (solar panel parks)
The 750 kWp on-grid photovoltaic plant in Naundorf, Germany is a solar power generation facility that is connected to the power grid. It consists of solar panels with a capacity of 750 kWp and is designed to generate approximately 750,000 kilowatt-hours of electricity per year. The panels are mounted on a fixed tilt structure and face south to maximize solar energy capture. The structure system has two vertically mounted panels and a pole, which is fixed in the ground using a Gayk pneumatic vibro hammer. The profiles of the structure are hot-dip galvanized and have a clamp system made of alloy 6063 T66 EN755-9. The screws used are high-strength class 8.8 and are equipped with 3x zinc-coated DIN 9021 washers. The plant has a 20-year warranty, which includes maintenance of the structure.
Naundorf is a municipality in the Nordsachsen district of Saxony, Germany.
The 750 kWp PV system includes turnkey delivery and installation of the structure, panels, DC and AC electrical installation up to the connection point.
The structure system consists of 3 vertically mounted panels, inclined at an angle of 10 degrees towards the east-west direction.
The East-West panel mounting system is revolutionary and offers the following advantages:
- 50-70% more photovoltaic panels can be installed on the same land area.
- No need for land area loss due to shading.
- Inverters are not overloaded, and cables do not heat up excessively.
- Production is more evenly distributed throughout the day compared to the bell-shaped production of a south-facing orientation.
The structure features poles mounted in the ground using a Gayk pneumatic vibro hammer, hot-dip galvanized profiles, and aluminum clamps made of alloy 6063 T66 EN755-9. High-strength screws of class 8.8, equipped with 3x zinc-coated DIN 9021 washers, are also used. The structure comes with a 20-year warranty that includes maintenance.
