The photovoltaic park in Wehingen is located in a hilly region in the state of Baden-Württemberg, on the edge of the Swabian Alb. The project was implemented by our client as a turnkey solution and also demonstrates our technical expertise and commitment to sustainable energy solutions in Germany.
Special features of the project:
- Delivery and installation: We supplied the substructure for this plant and then installed it completely – from the support structure and photovoltaic modules to the electrical systems for direct current.
- Innovative support system: The solar park has an advanced support structure with vertically mounted modules. The foundations were laid using a pneumatic pile driver from Gayk, which enables particularly stable and precise installation and supports efficient energy generation.
- High-quality materials: All structural components are made of hot-dip galvanized steel profiles and an aluminum module clamping system. This choice of materials ensures high durability and resistance to changing weather conditions.
- Hexagon bolts with flange and corresponding screws: Assembly is carried out using high-strength hexagon bolts and nuts of grade 8.8 / DIN 6921. All connecting elements are galvanized to prevent corrosion and extend the service life of the system.
- Extended warranty: The park comes with a comprehensive 12-year warranty. This underlines our confidence in the quality and durability of the solutions used and ensures a stable supply of green energy in the long term.
