The following are the terms of a legal agreement between you and ALCON Photovoltaic SRL. By accessing, browsing or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
ALCON Photovoltaic may revise these Terms of Use and any other information contained in this website at any time without notice. ALCON Photovoltaic may also make improvements or changes to the products, services or programs described on this site at any time without notice.

WARRANTY:
The warranty of products varies depending on their categories. The minimum warranty is 2 years for all products offered. Certain products have extended warranty, which will be specified in each case.

The products are delivered with a Warranty Certificate attached to the Invoice at the time of delivery.

On this online store, you can buy simple products and complex products. Simple products are manufactured, discontinued, in our stock or in the stock of our suppliers. Complex products are made/fabricated only to order based on specifications. The latter do not exist in stock and are produced only based on orders.

RETURNS:
If you have purchased a simple product or an online service, you have the right to cancel and return the order within 14 days, regardless of the reason and without any justification. The returned order must be in the original box, sealed, without any signs of use, destruction.

14 DAYS FOR CANCELLATION AND RETURN OF PURCHASES
You have 14 days to return the purchased products and request a full refund of the amount paid. You do not need a special reason to do so, it is enough to change your mind.

The 14-day reflection period is not valid for all purchases. Here are some excluded products:

airline and train tickets, concert tickets, hotel reservations, car rentals, and catering services reserved for specific periods
food and beverages delivered to your home, regularly (e.g. by a milkman)
products made to order or clearly personalized (e.g. a photovoltaic structure made to order for a specific project)
sealed audio-video recordings or software programs, such as DVDs, that you have unsealed after receiving them
digital content, if you have already started downloading or streaming it
goods purchased from private individuals
urgent repair and maintenance contracts
Please note that this list is not exhaustive.

Are there products for which the right of withdrawal from the contract does not apply? Yes, such as products that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly or sealed products that cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and have been unsealed by the consumer, products that have been executed according to the consumer’s specifications, newspapers or periodicals that have not been delivered on the basis of a subscription. Also, the supply of digital content that is not delivered on a material support, if the delivery has started with the express agreement of the consumer.

The reflection period expires after 14 days from the date of receipt of the products. For service contracts, the reflection period expires 14 days after the conclusion of the contract. If the reflection period expires on a non-working day, the term is extended until the next working day.

HOW TO CANCEL A PURCHASE
You must inform us of the decision to cancel the purchase. It is not enough to just send the products back. You must complete the return form which you can use to communicate your decision. If you do not want to, you are not obliged to use the form. The form can be received from us upon request.

It is possible to inform us at the moment you send back the products, for example by adding a written declaration to the products you are returning by post or by sending an email.

You have 14 days from the moment you inform us to send back the unused products.

For some products, there is no fee for return. At the time of your return notification, we will inform you if there is a return fee and its amount. You do not have to pay any fees that you have not been informed about.

For bulky goods, we offer at least an estimate of the return costs.
