Refund and Return Policy

WARRANTY:

The warranty for our products varies depending on their categories. The minimum warranty is 2 years for all products offered. Certain products have an extended warranty, which will be specified for each individual case.

Products are delivered with a Warranty Certificate attached to the Invoice at the time of delivery.

At this online store, you can purchase both simple and complex products. Simple products are manufactured, discontinued, and in stock either with us or with our suppliers. Complex products are made/fabricated only on order based on specifications. The latter are not available in stock and are produced only on a per-order basis.

RETURN POLICY:

Complex products are made/manufactured only on order based on specifications. The latter do not exist in stock and are only produced on order.


RETURN:

If you have purchased a simple product or an online service, you have the right to cancel and return the order within 14 days, regardless of the reason and without any justification. The returned order must be in the original box, sealed, without any signs of use or damage.


14 DAYS FOR CANCELLATION AND RETURN OF PURCHASES


You have 14 days to return the purchased products and request a full refund of the amount paid. You do not need a special reason to do so, it is enough to change your mind.


The reflection period of 14 days is not valid for all purchases. Here are some excepted products:

• plane and train tickets, concert tickets, hotel reservations, car rentals and catering services booked for specific periods

• food and beverages delivered to your home, regularly (e.g. by a milkman)

• products made to order or clearly personalized (e.g. a photovoltaic structure made to order for a specific project)

• sealed audio-video recordings or computer programs, such as DVDs, which you have unsealed after receiving them

• digital content, if you have already started downloading or streaming viewing

• goods purchased from individuals

• urgent repair and maintenance contracts

• Please note that this list is not exhaustive.


Are there products for which the right of withdrawal from the contract does not apply? Yes, such as products that are susceptible to rapid deterioration or expiration, or sealed products that cannot be returned for reasons of health or hygiene protection and that have been unsealed by the consumer, products that have been executed according to the consumer's specifications, newspapers or periodicals that have not been delivered based on a subscription. Also, the supply of digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium, if the delivery has started with the express agreement of the consumer.


The reflection period expires after 14 days from the date of receipt of the products. For service contracts, the reflection period expires 14 days from the date the contract is concluded. If the reflection period expires on a non-working day, the term is extended until the next working day.


HOW TO CANCEL A PURCHASE

You must inform us of your decision to cancel the purchase. It is not enough just to send the products back. You must complete the return form that you can use to communicate your decision. If you do not want to, you are not obliged to use the form. The form can be obtained from us upon request.
